Mission Statement.

 

Veterans for Truth Campaign, warveteran.org and warveteran.co.uk are independent and for peaceful free thinking individuals of any nationality that oppose war and seek the truth behind the propaganda.

 

We are non-political and non-religious and do NOT affiliate with any extremist organisations. The majority of people want a peaceful life, to raise a family and be on good terms with their neighbours. Wars are very profitable for banks and the arms industries; it’s in their interests to have them. Social indoctrination forces innocent people to fight wars, even though it’s not in the average persons’ best interests. The innocent victims of war, such as disabled war veterans, represent an unwanted overhead for governments. Post-war propaganda gives the populous the impression that independent benevolence fully caters for their needs. The truth is very different.   

 

We realise many war veterans that support our cause are often not in a position to financially assist us. Because of this we rely upon sales of our merchandise to raise funds. Small family run businesses also assist us with publicity. Other campaigns support us and we, in turn, help them with promotion. The campaign is funded from the co-founder’s (Christopher D Powis) personal savings. Mr Christopher D Powis’ business interests also support it. Nobody associated with the campaign draws a wage or claims expenses. All work on behalf of the campaign is voluntary.
