It is in governments’ interests to promote a simplistic and tribal view of war that’s easily understood by the masses. The complexities of modern industrialised warfare where an enemy can often be created in order to justify the greed and interests of a minority is often hidden behind a myriad of lies. War is nothing more than a complete confidence trick in which every participating country looses except the arms and finance industries and the politicians and generals who work , directly or indirectly, on their behalf.
